Exploring Emotions Through Clay
Held in the serene setting of Samara Art Gallery, this unique clay therapy session explored the nine emotions (Navrasa) through sculpting, paired with curated soundtracks. The session fostered self-awareness, sensory grounding, and emotional expression.
Emotional quickie
Who knew closing your eyes could open conversations?
At this vibrant community event by Kaunversations, we set up a cozy mental well-being corner. Through “Emotional Quickie” sessions—blindfolded conversations guided by prompts—we encouraged authentic, heart-led conversations among strangers.
SFMH X SHS
We joined hands with Rishab Rikhiram Sharma’s Sitar for Mental Health, sending Spill the Beans in their PR kits and hosting a pop-up at the live concert. The collaboration blended music, mindfulness, and conversation to promote mental health awareness.
Vyapaar 2.0
We participated in Vyapaar, a startup competition led by students of PDEU. Our innovative approach to emotional well-being was recognized, and we proudly won first prize in the category of Innovation and Creativity.
Just Baat X SHS
In collaboration with Just Baat, we facilitated blindfolded conversations between strangers using our Spill the Beans prompts.
A heartfelt emotional support group session was held where participants shared their bounce-back stories from adversity.
Freedom Park
Along with our dedicated volunteers, we visited Freedom Park, a local dog shelter.
Engaging with these specially-abled dogs provided an incredible opportunity for our volunteers to connect, unwind, and find solace in the simple joy of companionship. The unconditional love and resilience of these animals served as a powerful reminder of the healing power of connection and empathy.
Deluxe Thali Amd/Blr
At Deluxe Thali, In a Safe Headspace took to the stage, weaving an immersive experience that transcended mere interaction. Engaging festival-goers in lively games, they seamlessly blended fun with a profound purpose – fostering mental health awareness. The enthusiastic response echoed the collective need for understanding and addressing mental well-being. Amidst the vibrant atmosphere of Bangalore and Ahmedabad, the stall not only showcased products but ignited conversations that resonated with a shared commitment to mental health. 'In a Safe Headspace' left an indelible mark, underscoring the importance of fostering awareness in the community.
Not another pottery workshop
Safe Headspace hosted a pottery workshop delving beyond conventional boundaries. Participants engaged in molding clay into pots before being blindfolded, courageously squishing their creations to understand the essence of detachment. The experience unfolded as a journey of self-discovery, From this liberation, new pots emerged, awaiting a canvas of self-expression through vibrant paints. The workshop, a unique exploration of creativity and letting go, left participants with a profound sense of liberation and a newfound appreciation for detachment.
