Safe Headspace is here to support you and encourage you to understand and manage your emotional difficulties by helping you get that head start towards your personal journey with mental health. In a safe headspace provides a range of products to nudge yourself to take the plunge towards improving your emotional well-being  and services like therapy sessions, non-conventional workshops and seminars for those ready to take their first step. The idea behind building this community is to make the path of recovery more acceptable, fun and interactive.

About the Founders

Kahinee Bhatt

The Founder, Kahinee Bhatt, aspired to make a safe space for individuals battling with mental health issues and thus what began in 2021 with free or accessible therapy consultations now has grown as a community for inclusivity and to curating an interactive product range for all age groups to ease their way into understanding and acknowledging their mental health needs. Kahinee being a lawyer by profession saw through her journey with anxiety a dream of building in a safe headspace as a community and thus began this journey of fostering in a safe headspace.

Sakshi is a mental health professional and her expertise and dedication to the field of mental health makes her an essential part of our team to ensure that our services are evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. She is a compassionate listener and empathetic mental health advocate with a deep understanding of how enduring mental health difficulties can disrupt one's life, she is determined to help individuals understand and manage their issues, with a practical and supportive approach.
